Note: (1) The final construction and registration time shall be subject to the announcement of the official website of the exhibition.
(2) The special booth shall be arranged and constructed by the exhibitor, and the constructor shall enter the venue with the construction permit.

Step One - Signing a contract
The exhibitor selects the booth and signs the exhibition contract with the Organizing Committee.
Step Two - Fill in and submit the exhibit materials

Step Three. On-site registration
From December 8th, representatives of exhibitors who have successfully registered will receive a QR code from the Organizing Committee. Representatives shall show this QR code to the administrative staffs on the conference site, and they will be provided their own physical Exhibitor ID and the conference brochure.
Step Four. Exhibition Booth Removal
The exhibition booth will be removed from21:00 to 24:00 on December 12th, 2019. Exhibitors shall get theiritem release permit to complete the removal within the specified time.
1. Admission certificate
Access to the exhibition site will be strictly controlled during the festival. All exhibitors are required to wear their ID badge in order to be admitted.
1.1. Exhibitor ID
During the exhibition, exhibitors shall enter and leave the venue with the Exhibitor ID in specified time. The Exhibitor ID is not allowed to be passed, exchanged, or lent to individuals who have not registered with the Organization Committee. Exhibitors are advised to arrive at their booths 30 minutes in advance; they shall be responsible for their booth preparation and keeping their belongings safe.
1.2. Construction Certificate
During the exhibition, special booth constructors shall enter and leave the venue with the Construction Certificate in prescribed time. The Construction Certificates are not allowed to be passed or exchanged with others. The contractor shall read and follow the documents Guangzhou Library Property Service Center’s Administrative Regulations on Constructors on Site and Guangzhou Library Construction Application guide, and fill in the “Sign and Letter of Commitment of Guangzhou Library Property Service Center’s Administrative Regulations on Constructors on Site” and “Contact Letter of Construction”(for details, please refer to the Exhibitor Service Information Package), and send the required documents to the designated e-mail before November 11th 2019.The Organizing Committee shall designate the contractor to apply for the certificate in a unified manner and contact the person in charge of the contractor to get the certificate before the admission.
The construction certificate is for booth setting staff using only. The construction certificate will be permitted in December 5th-8th and on December 12 at 21:00-24:00. It will not be validated in the rest of the time.
2. Notice of Standard Booth
2.1. The standard booth is built by the Organizing Committee.
2.2. The height of the exhibits and decorations of the standard booth shall not exceed 2.4 m and shall not exceed the specified space.
2.3. Nailing or punching holes on the display rack are prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to directly write or post picture on the surface of the display board. If you need to post it, please stick it on your own light-weight board first, then hook it on the display board with a picture rail or stick it with fabric/polyester double-sided tape. Double-sided tape made of paper or sponge is prohibited.
2.4. Each standard booth contains following facilities: 1 LCD TV (with USB flash drive), 2 lock cabinets, 1 round table, 4 folding chairs, 1 socket and 3 panels.
3. Notice of Special Booth
3.1. Exhibitors are responsible for constructing their own special booth.
3.2. All special booth construction must obtain the special booth design approval. Please submit your application before October 31th, 2019 The construction will not be allowed until the design is approved.
3.3. The maximum construction of the special booth shall not exceed 3.5 m tall; the structure and decoration shall not extend beyond the boundary of the booth.
3.4. Each special booth includes the following equipment: 1 LCD TV (with USB flash drive), 2 lock cabinets, 1 round table, 4 folding chairs, and 1 socket.
4. Passageway Security
No part of the booth, including lintels,markings, lights, wiring or other items, are allowed to be extended or hung above the passageway or obstruct any fire or emergency exit, nor shall any items be attached or suspended from the roof lighting fixtures.
5. Restoration of the Venue
After the exhibition, all special booths must be cleaned up and restored to the original appearance of the venue within the specified time. In order to ensure a smooth recovery, the main contractor will pay a deposit in advance of entering the venue. After the recovery is confirmed to be complete, the deposit will be refunded in full.
6. Power Allocation and Installation
The organizer has the right to power off any electrical equipment that the organizer considers to be dangerous or may cause inconvenience to other exhibitors.
7. Lost and Found
Lost and found should be inquired with the Ministry of Security. The organizer is not responsible for items that have not been found within the prescribed time.
8. Entry of Exhibits
All in and out shall be according to Exhibition Schedule. Reminder: Valuable items are most likely to be lost during the exhibition. Please keep your belongings safe.
9. Failure to Exhibit
Exhibitors who have signed and submitted valid participation contracts but fail to present in the exhibition and have not been exempted from the contractual obligations by the organizer shall pay the fees stipulated in the contract.
10. Fire Protection
All exhibitors and constructors, staff, etc.must abide by the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. The fire exits inside and around the pavilion must remain unobstructed.
11. On-site Security
The Department of Safety and Security is responsible for the security and safety of exhibits in the exhibition hall during the exhibition. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to any person or any financial affairs at the conference.
12. Venue Cleaning
The organizer will arrange the cleaning of the public areas before the opening and after the closing of the venue everyday.
Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of damage to the exhibition venue facilities caused by exhibitors, their constructors and their employees.
14. Force Majeure
Due to force majeure factors such as fires,floods, earthquakes, storms or other natural disasters, government actions, the time of the exhibition may change.
The Special Booth Construction Process
1. Submit the Special Booth Design Plan
Exhibitors need to submit specific booth construction design plan to Organizing Committee and Pavilion Management Team for approval before October 31th.
2. Construction Certificate Application
After the construction design plan is approved, constructors shall send materials for construction pass registration.For detailed information, please see Guangzhou Library Property Service Center’s Administrative Regulations on Constructors on Spot and Guangzhou Library Construction Application Guide, required materials for construction pass are as follows:

Note: The booth area is the central hall of the basement floor of the Guangzhou Library; the height of the hall: 4 meters. The maximum height of the booth that is allowed to be built shall be not taller than 3.5 meters (the height limit of different locations will be different,please refer to the on-site measurement data); Entrance: Please move the exhibits in the hall from the west gate (height limits to 2.3 meters).

1.2.From subway station to the venue
a. Metro Line 3: To Zhujiang New Town Station, walk to the Guangzhou Library.
b. Metro Line 5: To Zhujiang New Town Station, walk to the Guangzhou Library.
c. APM line: Go to the Grand Theatre Station and walk to the Guangzhou Library.
1.3. From the railway station/airport to the venue
a. From Guangzhou Railway Station
Take Metro Line 5 (Wen Chong direction), get off at Zhu jiang New Town Station and walk to the Guangzhou Library.
b. From Guangzhou East Railway Station
Take the North Extension of the Metro line 3 to Tiyu Xilu station ,transfer with Line 3 or Line 5 . Get off at Zhujiang New Town Station and walk to the Guangzhou Library.
c. From Guangzhou South Railway Station
Take Metro Line 2 (Jiahe Wanggang direction)to Changgang Station, transfer with Line 8 ( Wanshengwei direction)to Kecun Station , and transfer with Line 3 (direction of Tianhe Bus Terminal) . Get off at Zhujiang New Town Station and walk to the Guangzhou Library.
d. From Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport
From the Airport South Station, take the North Extension of the Metro Line 3 to Tiyu Xilu station,transfer with line 3 or Line 5 , get off at Zhujiang New Town Station and walk to the Guangzhou Library.
