- Types of Festival Pass  -

Industry Delegate

With an Industry Delegate Pass, you will be able to attend screening events, forums, masterclasses, one-on-one meetings, and pitching sessions organized by GZDOC.

Benefits

1. An Industry Delegate Pass grants access to the Opening Ceremony, Premiere events, Screening events, Domestic/International Forum, Master Class, One-on-One Meeting, 'China Story' International Pitching Sessions, 'Golden Kapok Award Ceremony, Closing Ceremony.

2. You will be able to make an appointment with our decision makers for the One-on-One Meeting if you register and pay the registration fee before 25^th November.

How To Register

Please register an account at our website. Select the Industry Delegate Pass before you complete the ‘GZDOC 2019 Registration Form’ and submit it online. Buyer

A Buyer Pass is for a professional/representative who looks for co-production projects, copyright distribution, content trade, and investment opportunities. Please note a Buyer Pass requires one of the preconditions below:

- The applicant shall be a manager/representative of film foundation or board of film committee.

- The applicant shall be a director/representative from a distribution company/ production studio/ film festival/ film managing institute.

- The applicant shall be a chief director or a commissioning editor from the fields of broadcasting and is in charge of channel programming/ project planning/ content purchasing/ international co-producing.

Exhibitor

An Exhibitor Pass is for a representative who has successfully applied for a booth in GZDOC 2019. Please note to apply for a booth requires one of the preconditions below:

- The exhibitor is from the fields of broadcasting, including television channels, production studios, distribution companies, etc.

- The exhibitor is from an industry association related to documentary or film.

- The exhibitor is a professional video equipment manufacturer.

- The exhibitor is representing an institution or an organization related to documentary industry

Benefits

1.  An Exhibitor Pass grants access to the Opening Ceremony, Premiere events, Screening events, Domestic/International Forum, Master Class, One-on-One Meeting, 'China Story' International Pitching Sessions, 'Golden Kapok Award Ceremony, Closing Ceremony. Each exhibiting company will be additionally granted invitations to the Welcome Reception Party and Sponsored Luncheon.

2.  The Exhibitor’s information, including company profile and contact details will be issued on the GZDOC 2019 Programme Brochure.

3.  Each standard booth will be granted 2 free festival accreditations, while each special booth will be granted 3 free festival accreditations. Additional requests for registration enjoy a 15% off discount.

How to Register

Please register an account at our website. Select the ‘Exhibitor Pass’ before you complete the ‘GZDOC 2019 Registration Form’ and submit it online. Upon submission, please send an emal to biz@gzdoc.cn with the subject title ‘Exhibitor Registration – Company – Name’, so that we can verify your registration.

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your registration is completed. We kindly suggest you to check your spam folder as well in case you do not receive the confirmation email.

Special Reminder

Please not that Welcome Reception and Sponsored Luncheon are open to guests with invitations only.

Voucher Code

You can redeem a voucher code for a discounted rate when you register at our website. Our system will automatically renew the amount of payment pending if your voucher code is successfully redeemed. If you do not have a voucher code, please Applicants without a voucher code shall pay the fee shown on the registration page.

You can enjoy a 15% off early-bird discount if you register and pay the registration fee before 11th November. The discounted rate applies to the registration page already, so there will be no voucher code needed.

Registration Fee

1. The total registration fee is 2500 RMB/person. Applicants who sign up and pay before 11^th November will get a 15%-off discount, which is equivalent to paying 2125 RMB/person. 

2. The registration fee only includes access to GZDOC events. Any expense caused by meals, travel, accommodation, etc, will not be included. Please note if you want to withdraw your attendance to the festival and claim a refund, you will be refunded 90% of your paid registration fee.

How To Make A Payment

- Online Payment  

We currently accept Union Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay. Please follow the guidance on the registration page to make a payment.

- On-site Payment

 You can pay with cash (CNY) at the registration counter upon your arrival at the Guangzhou Library.

- Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay your registration fee via bank transfer, please leave your name and company on the transaction request for reference. Please keep the payment receipt so that we can confirm and verify your payment information.
