GZDOC 2020 Guidance for Registration

Important

1、Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, registration for GZDOC 2020 physical festival will only open to guests from low-risk areas*. Guests from medium* or high-risk areas*, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan and foreign countries, except those who have been in low-risk areas for more than 14 days, may not register. Applications from guests who have high temperatures, fevers or other symptoms may not be approved.

*The categorization will be updated according to the latest data published by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China

2、All guests are required to fill out the health declaration when apply, including body temperature, travel history within 14 days etc.. The Organizing Committee will be monitoring the data on a regular basis. Guests who have been to medium or high-risk areas within 14 days before the festival may not participate in the physical events. If a guest’s residential area has been adjusted to medium or high-risk area any time between the application date and the festival, his/her application may be suspended

3、According to Guangzhou's normalized epidemic prevention and control requirements, all participants of the physical GZDOC are required to provide a certificate of negative Covid-19 nucleic acid test result issued within 48 hours before the event. Or, alternatively, you could attend the Covid-19 nucleic acid test arranged by the Organizing Committee, which is scheduled at 9:00-14:00, 13rd December. *Accommodation will not be covered

4、Guests who are attending the physical GZDOC shall choose “Physical Festival” on the online registration form, then submit your detailed information via link/QR code on the thank you page after application. Please kindly note that on-site registration will not be available

5、The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to adjust the festival regulations, schedule etc. in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation

1、Log in to GZDOC official website:www.gzdoc.cn；

2、Click “Register” and submit your application form；

3、Guests who are attending the physical GZDOC shall chose “Physical Festival” on the online registration form, then submit your detailed information QR code on the thank you page after application. Please kindly note that on-site registration will not be available in accordance with the relevant COVID-19 prevention and control regulations；

4、You will receive a confirmation email after successfully registered；

5、Applications for physical GZDOC will be accessed within 3 working days. Once approved, you will receive your pass QR Code. Badge can be collected on-site with your pass QR codes and certificate of negative Covid-19 nucleic acid test result issued within 48 hours before the event

GZDOC 2020 will take its responsibility as a industry platform and serve the documentarians, aiming to protect the ecosystem of documentary industry. All online forums will be available to the public for free. VIP guests will be eligible for our exclusive package.

399VIP Guest will have the access to: 1-1 meetings, pitching session observation, and a gift package (mainland China only) which includes selected GZDOC merchandise, a collection of posters of Golden Kapok Screening selection and a festival catalog
