Zhu Xianliang is a documentary film director and producer. He currently is the senior advisor of Bilibili Documentary, an external doctoral advisor at Communication University of China, a distinguished Professor at Shanghai University, and a guest professor at East China Normal University. He was the Vice Chairman of Documentary Television Academic Committee of China Television Artists Association, the Vice President of the Documentary Films Working Committee of China Federation of Radio and Television Associations, and the Vice President of China Cinema and Television Arts Association. He once worked as the chief editor for the Documentary Channel of Shanghai Television Station and the director of art for the Documentary Channel of Beijing TV Station. His previous productions has won multiple awards include "Five-One Project" Award, China News Awards, China Documentary Academic Award, Starlight Awards, etc. He is also the awards winner of News Taofen Awards and was named "One of China Top 100 Journalists". He was appointed as a jury member for professional awards such as China TV Golden Eagle Award, China Documentary Academic Award, the Magnolia Award of Shanghai TV Festival, Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival, China, etc, and as a Decision Maker for various pitch sessions.
