Huang Cailiang holds a master’s degree in media operation and management from Peking University. He is currently the vice director and managing editor at Golden Eagle Documentary Channel, Hunan Broadcasting System. He is also a guest research fellow at the Institute of Intellectual Property, Central South University, the director of the Hunan TV Artist Association and a member of the Content Committee of the Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival. His representative documentary works include (A Veteran Coming Home), (Intellectual Property), and (Breakfast). He has been a jury member at various international festivals, such as Tokyo Doc, Busan International Documentary Awards, Shanghai International Film Festival and Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival, etc.
