Candido and Cres, a couple of oyster-diver brothers, carry out a simple lifestyle at the Jalisco coast. When the sea gets rough, and one of them falls ill, their special bond will help them carry on.

Alejandro Álvarez, Pablo Balderas, Omar Gómez studied together the Audiovisual Arts degree at the Departamento de Imagen y Sonido of the Universidad de Guadalajara. As part of their sixth semester student project, Territorios Interiores, they directed their first documentary short film, Candida Vida, filmed on the coast of Jalisco.
