Sean Wang is a Hui Chinese director based in Beijing. He graduated from the Communication University of China and Beijing Film Academy with a Television Directing BA and a Screenwriting MA, respectively. His first feature-length documentary LADY OF THE HARBOUR was premiered at IDFA 2017.
Jia ZHAO is a Chinese producer/director based in Amsterdam. She founded MUYI FILM and SILK ROAD FILM SALON in 2012. Recent works include: Kabul, City in the Wind by Aboozar Amin (Opening film IDFA2018, Special Jury Award for First Appearance Competition); Inner Landscape by Frank Scheffer, Voices IFFR2019; Lady of the Harbour by Sean Wang (IDFA 2017, Dutch competition).
